The patient presented with mild tooth discoloration and expressed a desire for a brighter, more radiant smile, despite her teeth being within an acceptable shade range. After a comprehensive evaluation, we recommended a conservative treatment plan involving at-home bleaching with carbamide peroxide. The patient agreed to proceed, enabling a minimally invasive approach that delivered a noticeable yet natural enhancement of her smile.

Once the tray is positioned in the mouth, the patient should verify that the bleaching gel adequately covers the buccal surfaces of the teeth to ensure uniform whitening.
If the product doesn’t cover the teeth, the patient should add a small amount of the product on the non covered teeth and if the product exceeds toward the gum, the patient should reduce the quantity applied to prevent irritation and maintain precise application.

After 10 days of overnight use with 10% carbamide peroxide gel (White Dental Beauty, UK), the patient achieved a final shade of 0M1. The result met her expectations, delivering a noticeably brighter smile with high patient satisfaction.
