Perfect anterior restorations serve as an advertising for the dental professional’s abilities. The majority of anterior tooth procedures are completed with the direct implantation of composite resins. The dentist’s ability to achieve a natural anatomical form and color match with the surrounding teeth are necessary for obtaining a favorable cosmetic outcome, which can also be easily appraised by the patients. In this article, the steps for a natural direct composite lateral incisor restoration were described.
